-Provided clinical supervision and training for 17 Direct Care staff and 2 Shift Supervisors
-Built state-of-the-art sensory room within group home
-Developed curriculum and facilitated training on sensory integration for direct care staff
-Taught CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) non-violent crisis intervention classes to staff
-Managed financial resources and demonstrated fiscal responsibility for $15,000 programming budget
-Built strong relationships with clients' families, schools, DCFS and other outside agencies
-Assessed clients using tools including Vineland, CANS, SIB-R, I-CAP, FEAS and Sensory Profile
